30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened or used fragrance products, custom blends and personalized fragrances, discovery set vials that have been opened, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and arrange free return shipping for the incorrect item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange for a higher-value item, you will be charged the difference. Contact support to initiate an exchange.
How to Return
1. Contact support@parfummagic.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping label. 3. Pack items securely in original packaging. 4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location. 5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
